The Rx Advantage program is highly focused on offering Patient Assistance Programs to qualifying members.
With a Patient Assistance Program - a member receives a coupon and/or free drug from a pharmaceutical manufacturer to assist with medication out of pocket costs. This is based on household income and/or other eligibility requirements. Note: Coupons are available to all patients for most specialty medications.
When your employer elects this innovative new Prescription Benefit for the Employer Sponsored Health Plan called Rx Advantage, a dedicated patient advocate will guide you through every step of the process for getting your qualified drug filled or refilled.
As an enrolled member or enrolled dependent of an eligible subscriber, you will be able to take advantage of this innovative new feature.
Benefits to you include: Low to No copay for certain specialty drugs and home delivery for majority of prescriptions involved in this program.
We want the transition to be smooth and understand the need for you to obtain your prescription. It is important that you communicate with your Rx Advantage Patient Advocate as they need pertinent data in order to fill or refill your prescription/s.
Note: you cannot get your prescription without providing necessary data to your Patient Advocate and/or complying with prior authorization requirements associated with your plan.
Rx Advantage is HIPPA compliant, your personal information is safe with us and any documents, photos or other information that includes private health information will be sent through a secure link and we will provide you a secure link via email for returning pertinent information for us to process your prescriptions for on-time delivery of your medication/s.
